📸 How many photos will I get?
We don’t guarantee an exact number,
but here’s a broad guideline:

📅 How do I book a shoot?
Just Click Here! You will choose the date, time, and options you would prefer online. We will text you at the phone number you provide us at sign up to coordinate the appointment time. If your requested day isn’t available, we’ll notify you of the next available slot.
👉 It’s best to book at least 3 business days in advance to lock in your preferred date and even further for a preferred time.
🕰️ What are your shooting hours?
Monday thru Saturday starting usually at 10am and our last shoots start no later than 4pm.
💳 How do I make a payment?
You will pay at the time of booking.
🛠️ I have an issue with my photos. How can I get them corrected?
We’re all about fixing issues and making sure you’re happy.

🔄 What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

$60 cancellation/reschedule fee if not cancelled by 5pm the business day prior.

Client or homeowner delays are not our responsibility. If a session runs too late because of the homeowner, we’ll need to cancel and charge the fee.

Dedicated customers are not exempt — by booking, you agree to these terms.

Our photographers can sometimes be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other shoots running long. This does not qualify for a credit.
✨ What editing do you do to the photos?

Photos are AI-enhanced and human-reviewed for quality.

What you see in our sample photos is the exact quality what you’ll receive.

We do not remove items, power lines, or alter property conditions.

Properties must be photo-ready upon arrival. We do not touch anything except for blinds, lights, and fans.

Photos are delivered the next day.

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. You’ll see if there are any trip fees needed when booking online. Below is a list of our prices.

👉 We don’t return for additional photos unless an error was made. If you want specific angles or extras, the agent must be on-site to request them or include them in the order notes.
🚫 Will the photographer assist with staging?
No. Properties must be fully photo-ready (inside & out) before our arrival.
🕐 How long does a shoot take?
Most homes under 4,000 sqft take about one hour.
🏷️ Do you offer discounts?
No.
🚗 Do you charge a trip fee?
Most areas within the Houston area do not have a trip fee. For locations farther from the city center, a trip fee may apply. You’ll see any applicable fee clearly listed during booking.
🗂️ How long do you store photos?
All media is stored for one year. Please download and save them promptly.

We do not take calls. If you do need a person, please click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page or email us at Contact@SnapHTX.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If you have a session schedule that you need to cancel, message us via the Contact Us chat bubble at the bottom right-hand side of any page.
📵 I need to talk to someone. Can I just contact the photographer directly?
No. Our photographers are there to shoot homes, not handle customer service.
